Karen Shields McLaughlin is just incredible. She was so kind and supportive of my father in his transition from the home he and my mother lived in for 50 years to an independent living community. She went above and beyond helping him with all the things that come with moving out of a house after that long (my mother passed away in 2024) which included an estate sale and significant repairs to the home and clean up of the yard.
